To join our group, please fill out our PDF Membership Form and give it to our treasurer at a meeting or an event. Or you can mail the completed form to the tresurer. The treasurer's address is listed on the Membership form.

This form can be completed on-line and printed. You can also print it and fill it out by hand. If you do this, please print legibly.
